Suspended licenses

The CSLB suspends a license automatically when a requirement lapses: the bond, workers' comp, a qualifier, or an unpaid judgment or debt. A suspended contractor can't legally contract until it's fixed. 11,683 licenses are suspended in the latest file.

The liability insurance the license needs (required of LLC licenses) was not kept in force.
